SD India is a legally registered society and national organisation associated with Subud India that supports humanitarian work undertaken by Subud members.

The aims of SD-India are

1. To support its associated projects
2. Help projects find funding within or outside the country
3. Identify and reach out to good projects
4. Set minimum standards for good SD projects
5. Sensitize all Subud members about humanitarian work
6. Communication among the members via a newsletter
7. Network with other agencies for effective work locally and globally
8. Non-funding support to projects
9. Monitoring projects if specifically requested by the donors.

Activities include organising training programmes for the members, reporting and disseminating information, liaising with SDIA and promoting, helping and identifying projects.
