SD France

Susila Dharma France is an association in French law with charitable tax status. The board meets four times a year to discuss proposals from  projects, the on going support of projects, and the areas of fundraising, communication, training and collaboration.

The purpose of SDF is to relieve human suffering and promote just and sustainable development through:
  • Partnerships and support for grassroots, participatory development and humanitarian initiatives.
  • Empowering individuals and communities to engage in positive human, social and economic change.
  • Raising awareness of global issues and inter-dependence.
All monies are raised from the members of SD France. We produce a bi-annual newsletter, Agir, for our members.

In 2008 SD France spent 17,932 euros on grants to projects. SDF projects contribute to some of the 2,015 targets of the United Nation's Millennium Development Goals.

  • YUM education, Indonesia,
